We offer made-to-order sportswear and accessories. Each product is produced after an order is placed, based on the design you select from our collection.

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after purchase, as all products are made-to-order.
We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed.

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping to all EU countries.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR (Euro) and do not include VAT, as we are exempt under § 19 UStG.
Prices may change at any time without notice, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been processed.

6. Returns and Cancellations
As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase decision before completing your order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@flare.com.de. We will assist you in processing a replacement or refund and will cover the return shipping costs. To expedite the resolution, please provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your order details.
