As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, in accordance with ยง 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase decision before completing your order.
Returns Due to Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@flare.com.de. We will assist you in processing a replacement or refund and will cover the return shipping costs.
